Role Description:
We are partnered with a fast-growing, PE-backed company that operates at the intersection of power infrastructure and energy innovation. They are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to partner with the CEO and Board of Directors to drive financial strategy, operations, and long-term value creation during a pivotal growth stage. The position will lead all aspects of finance, accounting, treasury, cash management, and strategic initiatives while helping scale the organization for future expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall financial strategy and planning
- Own accounting, reporting audit, treasury, and internal controls across the management company
- Manage lender, investor, and banking relationships
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives, M&A evaluations, and capital allocation decisions
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting organization
- Supporting investor relations and fundraising
- Preparing diligence materials
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and operations
- Experience managing a team of 5+
- Experience with trade ops, futures, options and FX
- Fluency with private fund mechanics
