About the Role

We're hiring a Business Systems Manager to support our client across their Private and Strategic Investments and Investor Relations teams. This role will lead end-to-end technology initiatives, bridging business needs with technical execution to deliver impactful solutions.


What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver business systems solutions.
  • Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis.
  • Oversee system planning, testing, and implementation.
  • Drive user acceptance testing, training, and adoption.
  • Manage multiple projects and production support tasks.
  • Mentor junior team members and support reporting/analytics initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience (admin or product management), including Flows, Process Builder, Apex.
  • Familiarity with investor relations tools (e.g., FIS DDX, Cvent, Seismic, Anduin).
  • Experience with iPaaS tools (Workato, Mulesoft, Zapier) and API integrations.
  • Strong grasp of Agile SDLC, sprint planning, and offshore team coordination.
  • Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools (Salesforce Reports, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exposure to AI tools for automation or analytics is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's in Finance/Tech preferred).
  • 7+ years in business systems or technology roles, ideally in financial services.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Consulting or buy-side experience preferred.
