We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Biofuel Operator to manage and execute day-to-day operations related to the entire lifecycle of commodity contracts for bulk crude, light-ends, product tankers, and containers. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the operational and optimal execution of biofuel transactions in alignment with our operational and shipping guidelines, ensuring compliance and effective risk management throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of Contract and Charter Party Obligations:
  Ensure flawless execution of all obligations arising from contracts and charter parties, adhering strictly to the business operational and shipping guidelines for biofuels.

• Supply and Delivery/Loading Schedules Management:
  Oversee the management of supply and delivery schedules with internal and external counterparties. Ensure timely and accurate ship/cargo date range nominations are executed, in line with trading objectives, optimization efforts, and full compliance.

• Cargo Quality/Quantity Inspections:
  Nominate independent inspection companies for related cargo quality and quantity controls. Ensure the consistency and reliability of inspection results.

• Storage Locations and Stock Reconciliations:
  Manage and track storage locations, including conducting stock reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records.

• Post-Deal Activities:
  Coordinate post-deal activities such as customs clearance, demurrage, claims management, and ensure all necessary operational information is communicated promptly and efficiently.
