Overview:
A leading investment bank in Paris is seeking a dynamic and driven Associate or Vice President to join its Rates Solutions desk. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering structured rate solutions to a diverse client base, with a particular focus on Structured Notes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team at the forefront of innovation in interest rate products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate, structure, and execute rate-linked structured products tailored to the needs of Brokers, Private Banks, and Unit Linked platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail distribution partners across Europe.
- Collaborate closely with trading, structuring, legal, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of bespoke solutions.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to identify new product opportunities and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the Rates Solutions franchise through proactive idea generation and client engagement.
Candidate Profile:
- 4-8 years of experience in Rates Sales, Structuring, or Trading, with a strong focus on Structured Notes.
- Proven track record of working with Brokers, Private Banks, and/or Unit Linked platforms.
- Deep understanding of interest rate derivatives, structured products, and cross-asset solutions.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is highly desirable.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, team-oriented, and highly motivated to contribute to a growing platform.
