Overview:
A top-tier investment bank is seeking an Associate to join its Fixed Income Structured Notes Trading team in London. The role focuses on pricing, structuring, and managing risk for fixed income-linked structured notes, including interest rate and credit-linked products.
Key Responsibilities:
Price and trade fixed income structured notes across interest rate, credit, and inflation underlyings.
Manage risk and lifecycle of issued notes, ensuring accurate hedging and position monitoring.
Collaborate with sales, structuring, and syndicate teams to support primary issuance and secondary activity.
Enhance pricing tools and processes in partnership with quant and tech teams.
Maintain compliance with internal risk and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
2-4 years' experience in fixed income structured products trading or structuring.
Strong understanding of fixed income markets and derivatives.
Solid technical skills; Python or VBA proficiency is a plus.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
