Key Responsibilities
- Support the full investment lifecycle, from origination and underwriting to execution and asset management.
- Build and maintain complex financial models to assess investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment committee materials and support transaction structuring.
- Collaborate with external advisors, lenders, and operating partners.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify value creation strategies.
- Conduct market research and contribute to thematic investment theses.
Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in financial modelling and investment analysis.
- Exposure to operational real estate, infrastructure renewables, or real estate credit is highly desirable.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Team-oriented with a strong cultural fit for a collaborative, high-performance environment.
