A specialist private markets advisory firm is seeking an experienced fundraising professional to join their project‑driven team. The role offers hands‑on responsibility across end‑to‑end fundraising processes, working closely with top‑tier GPs across private equity, private credit, and real assets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support full fundraising workstreams, including LP outreach, pipeline management, and closing processes.
- Prepare institutional‑grade materials such as pitch decks, DDQs, financial analyses, and data room content.
- Coordinate directly with GPs to refine investment theses and prepare for investor meetings.
- Maintain investor communication flows, including follow‑ups, reporting, tracking, and CRM updates.
- Manage data rooms and oversee document organisation throughout the raise.
- Represent the platform in LP interactions and help drive efficient fundraising execution.
- Collaborate with senior leaders internally and at client funds across Europe.
Requirements
- Prior experience in private markets fundraising, investor relations, or placement agent work (Associate-VP range depending on experience).
- Strong understanding of private equity, private credit, and/or real assets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact directly with senior GPs and institutional LPs.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail - comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Ability to produce high‑quality materials and investor‑ready documentation.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to influence LPs and support fundraising momentum.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a lean, high‑performing environment.
