Their Frankfurt office plays a key role in their global Industrials practice, working closely with colleagues across Europe and North America.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join their Industrials M&A team in Frankfurt. This is a unique opportunity to work in a lean, entrepreneurial team with strong deal flow and a focus on cross-border middle-market transactions. You will be involved in executing complex M&A and LBO transactions, with direct exposure to senior bankers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of M&A transactions in the Industrials sector
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence
- Prepare client presentations and marketing materials
- Support origination and sector research initiatives
- Collaborate with global colleagues across the Industrials platform
Candidate Profile:
- 3-5years of experience in investment banking, ideally with a focus on middle-market sell-side M&A
- Strong LBO modeling and transaction execution experience
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential
- Demonstrated interest or experience in the Industrials sector
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
