Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and underwrite litigation finance opportunities, including analysis of legal case portfolios
- Conduct due diligence on law firms, case pipelines, and associated risk factors
- Support investment structuring and execution
- Monitor portfolio performance and underlying case progress
- Contribute to broader investment strategy and portfolio construction
Candidate Profile
- 6+ years of relevant experience (investment, private credit, or adjacent analytical roles)
- Prior investing experience preferred, though non-traditional backgrounds will be considered
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill set
- Interest in complex, non-traditional asset classes
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment
- J.D. strongly preferred but not required

- Full-time, in-office role (5 days/week) in Chicago
- Flat team structure with direct exposure to senior leadership
