Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and optimization of predictive pricing models for commercial auto insurance.
- Build data pipelines and engineered features from claims, submission, and third-party data sources.
- Partner with underwriting, actuarial, and engineering teams to improve pricing accuracy and portfolio performance.
- Monitor model performance, validate results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Present insights and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience developing insurance pricing models within personal auto or commercial lines.
- ACAS or FCAS designation with strong actuarial pricing expertise.
- Advanced knowledge of predictive modeling techniques, including GLMs and machine learning methods.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience analyzing complex insurance data sets.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.
