Account Executive - Insurtech (Confidential Client)

A rapidly growing insurtech firm is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join its commercial team. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment and is passionate about transforming the insurance industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, focusing on commercial property and casualty insurance solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and strategic partners
  • Identify client needs and tailor solutions that align with their risk profiles and business goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention
  • Track pipeline activity and performance metrics using CRM tools
  • Represent the brand at industry events, webinars, and client meetings

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in insurance, insurtech, or SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with commercial lines and digital distribution models
  • Comfortable working in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
