Key Skills and Responsibilities
- Wallet Architecture and Security: Design and maintain secure wallet systems, including hot and cold wallets. Implement advanced cryptographic protocols such as multisignature, TSS, and HSMs to ensure optimal security.
- Custodial System Design: Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance custodial and non-custodial systems, enforce RBAC, and implement secure key provisioning and backup mechanisms.
- Risk Management & Threat Modeling: Identify wallet-related attack vectors, conduct threat modeling, and participate in penetration tests to improve system resilience.
- Incident Response: Lead the response to wallet-related incidents, perform root cause analysis, and develop playbooks for rapid action.
- Monitoring and Automation: Deploy tools for continuous wallet activity monitoring and automate key processes like key rotation and anomaly detection.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cryptographic primitives (ECDSA, Schnorr, etc.), blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana), and programming languages such as Go, Rust, or Python.
