Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of complex M&A transactions, capital markets deals, and strategic advisory mandates across sectors.
- Manage client relationships and originate new business opportunities in the DACH region.
- Supervise and mentor junior bankers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.
- Collaborate with global sector and product teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Drive pitch development and strategic dialogue with C-suite executives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in investment banking, with a strong track record in M&A and/or capital markets.
- Deep understanding of the DACH market and fluency in German and English.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage deal teams and client relationships.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a top-tier investment bank or boutique advisory firm.
