Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python & Trading GUIs)
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance complex GUI applications used in real-time environments
- Develop trading, operational and workflow management tools
- Design and build Python services, APIs and backend components
- Work on event-driven and distributed systems handling large volumes of data
- Create intuitive dashboards and visualisation tools for business-critical workflows
- Collaborate directly with users to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions
- Contribute to architecture, platform design and engineering best practices
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer within a trading environment
- Excellent front-end development skills and experience building sophisticated GUI applications
- Strong Python development experience in production environments
- Experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems
- Exposure to real-time or data-intensive applications
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving ability
- Financial services, fintech or trading technology experience is advantageous
