What You'll Do:
- Manage and optimize equity options market making strategies with direct ownership of risk and P&L
- Analyze volatility surfaces, Greeks, and microstructure dynamics to improve pricing and execution
- Work closely with quantitative researchers and developers to enhance models, signals, and trading infrastructure
- Contribute to desk level strategy decisions and product expansion initiatives as responsibility scales
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in equity options trading or systematic options market making
- Demonstrated track record of strong performance and early ownership of risk or P&L
- Deep understanding of options theory, volatility, and derivatives risk management
- Strong quantitative intuition and ability to make disciplined decisions in fast moving markets
