PSM - Sr Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of a best‑in‑class private markets portfolio management platform, integrating data, systems, and analytics to drive alpha.
- Deliver real‑time insights and analysis to guide portfolio and investment decisions across private market strategies.
- Synthesize private market datasets, academic research, and external market insights to enhance decision‑making.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Technology teams to design scalable analytical solutions and institutionalize best practices.
- Utilize modern programming and data visualization tools to optimize workflows, improve analytical efficiency, and build prototype/MVP tools.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high‑quality output.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience; this is a true Senior Analyst role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, including hands‑on experience with scientific computing libraries (pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
- Experience with financial and time‑series data, including data pipeline development, transformation, and modeling.
- Familiarity with private markets systems and tools (e.g., WSO, eFront, Aladdin a plus).
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a dynamic, innovative environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple time‑sensitive responsibilities.
