Payroll Associate Director/Director
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring payroll is processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with local regulations and company policies for APAC, EMEA, US and UK entities.
- Manage and review payroll activities performed by external payroll service providers, ensuring service quality, accuracy, and adherence to agreed timelines.
- Ensure payroll processes remain compliant with relevant statutory requirements, tax regulations, social security obligations, and reporting requirements across jurisdictions.
- Assist with payroll-related projects, business expansion initiatives, system enhancements, and organizational changes.
- Monitor changes in payroll legislation and assess operational impacts where applicable.
- Provide payroll expertise and guidance to stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Contribute to the development and scaling of the payroll function as the business continues to grow.
