Manager / Senior Manager Hedge Fund Operations
About the company:
- Singapore headquartered investment management firm with a focus on South and Southeast Asian Equities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee trade capture, settlement, reconciliations across multiple markets, and liaise with brokers and custodians to resolved any discrepancies.
- Manage daily and monthly fund processes, monitor cash flows and liquidity, and manage fund reporting.
- Manage investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions and transfers.
- Function as primary point of contact for fund administrators and validate NAV reports.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and support audits.
- Assist with regulatory filings and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 7+ years total or trade and fund operations experience within asset management space.
- Strong understanding of NAV processes and investor transactions.
- Background in fund accounting or corporate accounting preferred.
