Responsibilties:

  • Leading components of M&A and capital raising transactions
  • Building and reviewing financial models and valuation analyses
  • Preparing marketing materials, pitch decks, and client presentations
  • Supporting due diligence and live deal processes
  • Conducting industry and company research
  • Mentoring analysts and contributing to team development
  • Managing client relationships and supporting business growth

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of M&A advisory experience
  • Experience in TMT or fintech transactions required
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
  • Strong client management and teamwork skills
