Responsibilties:
- Leading components of M&A and capital raising transactions
- Building and reviewing financial models and valuation analyses
- Preparing marketing materials, pitch decks, and client presentations
- Supporting due diligence and live deal processes
- Conducting industry and company research
- Mentoring analysts and contributing to team development
- Managing client relationships and supporting business growth
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of M&A advisory experience
- Experience in TMT or fintech transactions required
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
- Strong client management and teamwork skills
