シンガポールからM&Aを支援する大手外資グローバルコンサルティングファームのDeal Advisoryチームで、日系クライアントとの案件拡大に伴い、日本語対応が可能なマネージャークラス以上のプロフェッショナルを募集しています。
■業務内容
主に日系企業の海外M&A（買収・売却・合弁等）に関するアドバイザリー
ビジネスデューデリジェンスの実施・レビュー
バリュエーション、財務モデリング、PMI支援
プロジェクトマネジメントおよびジュニアメンバーの育成などが想定されます
■応募要件
・M&A、FASなどのコンサルティングファーム等での関連業務経験および戦略（BDD/ビジネスDD）経験
（３年以上）
・日本語・英語（ともにビジネスレベル以上）
・プロジェクトリード経験
・海外勤務経験やクロスボーダー案件の経験があれば尚可
