Investor Relations Sales Support Analyst/Associate
Firm Overview
A leading global private investment firm in Boston that has an AUM of over $200B is currently seeking an Investor Relations Analyst or Associate who will have primary responsibility for working with IR professionals covering the firms' private markets team. This individual will sit in the firm's growing Boston office and will be tasked with conducting in-depth analysis, researching prospects, and creating materials to ensure successful prospect meetings. This role will also offer a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the reporting and maintenance of CRM pipeline
  • Consultant mapping
  • Overseeing fundraising records
  • Working with internal teams to complete RFIs and RFPs
  • Assisting with internal and external meetings with coverage officers
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a top university
  • At least 2 years of experience in investor relations, asset management, or consulting
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Series 7 and Series 63 must be completed within first three months of employment
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Expected Annual Base Salary $70,000-100,000
  • Competitive bonus package
  • Hybrid schedule (3 days in office)
