Selby Jennings is partnering with a leading private equity investment firm specializing in secondary transactions across private markets. The firm is seeking a seasoned Head of Investor Relations to lead and expand its investor engagement strategy across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Investor Relations Function: Establish and manage a comprehensive IR strategy aligned with the firm's growth objectives.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing European institutional investors.
- Network Expansion: Drive outreach and engagement with new institutional investors, including pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds.
- Fundraising Support: Collaborate with internal teams to support fundraising activities, including investor presentations and due diligence.
- Investor Communications: Oversee the preparation of investor reports, updates, and tailored communications.
- Strategic Contribution: Provide market insights and investor feedback to inform strategic decisions and product development.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 8-12 years in private markets, ideally with exposure to private equity secondaries.
- Network: Strong relationships across European institutional investors.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
- Languages: Nordic language proficiency (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is highly preferred.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and collaborative.
