The Opportunity
The incoming Portfolio Manager will oversee a high-conviction, growth & income-focused U.S. equities portfolio, managing both idea generation and investment execution with full autonomy over their book.
You'll join a stable, deeply experienced investment team that values thoughtful, research-driven investing, low turnover, and long-term compounding. With minimal red tape and a flat structure, the firm empowers PMs to invest with conviction and independence.
You will also take on a client-facing role, working directly with the firm's UHNW families and institutional clients, providing insight into your portfolio strategy and long‑term thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a concentrated generalist equity portfolio ($100mm+), focused primarily on U.S.-listed equities
- Generate, research, and execute high-conviction investment ideas
- Maintain a long-term, fundamentals-driven approach consistent with the firm's philosophy
- Communicate portfolio insights to UHNW and institutional clients
- Contribute to the firm's succession and long-term growth trajectory
