FP&A Senior Analyst

With over $100 million in assets under management and a second fund launching this year expected to double in size the firm is poised for significant growth.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A to join the team in Raleigh, NC. This role will play a critical part in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across our portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a passion for the restaurant or consumer space, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models for portfolio companies and fund-level reporting
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities
Partner with operating teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve financial outcomes
Assist in due diligence and onboarding of new investments
Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience in the restaurant, retail, or consumer sectors is a plus
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
