We are a searching for a Private Equity Associate for a dynamic investment firm focused on identifying, acquiring, and growing high-potential businesses. The team thrives on rigorous analysis, strategic thinking, and hands-on portfolio management. They are seeking an Experienced Private Equity Associate to join our deal team and play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal Sourcing & Evaluation - Identify and assess potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis.
  • Financial Modeling & Valuation - Build and maintain complex financial models, conduct sensitivity analyses, and prepare valuation reports.
  • Due Diligence - Lead and coordinate due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and legal reviews.
  • Transaction Execution - Support negotiations, prepare investment memos, and assist in structuring deals.
  • Portfolio Management - Monitor portfolio company performance, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with management teams to drive value creation.
  • Market & Industry Research - Stay informed on sector trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
  • 3-5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record in deal execution and portfolio management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
