They are seeking an Experienced Private Equity Associate to join our deal team and play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Sourcing & Evaluation - Identify and assess potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis.
- Financial Modeling & Valuation - Build and maintain complex financial models, conduct sensitivity analyses, and prepare valuation reports.
- Due Diligence - Lead and coordinate due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and legal reviews.
- Transaction Execution - Support negotiations, prepare investment memos, and assist in structuring deals.
- Portfolio Management - Monitor portfolio company performance, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with management teams to drive value creation.
- Market & Industry Research - Stay informed on sector trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record in deal execution and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
