Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a top tier company looking to add a Corporate Development Manager to their growing team. In this fully remote role, you will identify, evaluate, and execute growth opportunities including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), strategic partnerships, investments, and new market initiatives. You'll work cross‑functionally with executive leadership to drive long-term value creation and support the company's strategic road map.
The Corporate Development Manager will be responsible for:
- M&A Execution
- Partnership and Investment Strategy
- Cross Functional Leadership
Corporate Development Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 3-7+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Experience supporting or leading M&A transactions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
