Associate - Real Estate (Secondaries)
We are currently working with a Global Asset Manager on a Associate, Real Estate (Secondaries) position to be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Deal Screening & Evaluation: Conduct market research, financial analysis, cash-flow modeling, and feasibility assessments to support investment decisions and provide recommendations to senior team members.
- Financial Modeling: Independently build and maintain detailed financial models for potential transactions.
- Transaction Management: Support the end-to-end deal process, including preparation of presentation materials, due diligence, structuring and documentation.
- Research & Strategy Development: Contribute to the formulation of new investment ideas and themes by preparing research papers and presentation materials.
- Business Development: Assist senior team members in relationship management and business development initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with real estate managers, company management teams, counterparties, and intermediaries during due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of prior experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Asset Management.
- Prior experience in a secondaries role and in Real Estate will be preferable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
