What We're Looking For: We're hiring AI/ML Engineers and Researchers with experience from top AI labs, big tech teams, or elite academic programs. You should be passionate about building from 0-to-1, deploying real-time systems, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with LLMs, generative models, and agentic architectures.
Ideal Backgrounds:
- Experience at places like DeepMind, OpenAI, FAIR, Google Brain, Anthropic, or similar
- Strong foundation in ML, deep learning, and systems engineering
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, multi-modal AI, or agentic systems
- Production-level experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Interest in trading, markets, or high-performance decision systems is a plus
