Strategy & Finance Lead (Transformation) | PE Platform
We are partnering with a leading, PE platform to appoint a Strategy & Finance Lead. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of corporate strategy, financial management, and business transformation, working closely with senior leadership to drive value creation and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Transformation
- Translate enterprise strategy into clear priorities, KPIs, milestones, and executable plans
- Partner with leadership to drive transformation initiatives, including operating model enhancement, cost optimization, and growth strategy
- Distill complex business issues into actionable insights, trade-offs, and recommendations for senior decision-making
- Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure disciplined execution through tracking, governance, and interventions
Financial Management & Value Creation
- Lead enterprise planning, budgeting, and forecasting across business units
- Provide forward-looking financial insights, scenario analysis, and risk assessment to support disciplined growth
- Oversee capital allocation, investment prioritization, and cost management with strong financial rigor
- Support PE-style value creation initiatives, including performance improvement and ROI tracking
Transaction, Capital & Analytical Support
- Support capital strategy, including financing, restructuring, and fundraising initiatives where relevant
- Build and review financial models, including sensitivities and scenario analysis
- Assess company financial position, cash flow outlook, and capital structure
- Contribute to strategic projects such as M&A, partnerships, and market entry initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field;
- Prior Private Equity / Investment background is essential, with exposure to portfolio value creation
- Proven management experience and track record leading transformation or strategic initiatives
- Strong financial modelling, planning, and analytical capabilities
- Solid understanding of capital structures, financing, and credit analysis
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and evolving environment
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese preferred
