What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support software solutions throughout the SDLC.
- Build high-quality, maintainable applications that meet business and user requirements.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Enhance and refactor existing systems to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support critical business applications.
- Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD processes, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Participate in code reviews and help drive software quality standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge across the team.

- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working within Agile development teams.
