Senior Associate, Investor Operations
Overview
Our client is a buyside firm, they are seeking a detail-oriented operations professional to support investor servicing, fund operations, and sales support activities within a growing investment management platform. This role will focus on investor reporting, data management, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement initiatives, ensuring a high standard of service delivery across both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key contact for investor enquiries, service requests, and operational matters, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate and manage investor due diligence and operational due diligence requests.
- Maintain investor, fund, and platform data, ensuring the accuracy of reports and documentation.
- Prepare investor reports, performance updates, and periodic reporting materials.
- Liaise with distribution partners and external stakeholders on reporting, fee-related matters, and operational queries.
- Maintain and reconcile investor records, databases, and operational trackers.
- Support day-to-day operational oversight of investment products and related processes.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to strengthen controls, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Participate in projects and broader operational initiatives as required
