Senior Low Latency C++ Engineer

This is a front-office C++ engineering role focused on developing the low-latency infrastructure that powers systematic portfolio managers, researchers, and traders across global markets. You'll join a newly formed team with significant influence over architecture, platform design, and engineering direction from day one.

What You'll Do
- Design and build low-latency, high-availability trading systems
- Develop exchange connectivity, market access, and order routing infrastructure
- Build and enhance OMS and real-time trading platforms
- Optimize performance across latency-sensitive C++ applications
- Partner directly with portfolio managers, traders, and quantitative researchers
- Contribute to architecture and technical decisions across a growing systematic technology platform
- Own projects end-to-end, from design through production deployment
What We're Looking For
- Strong C++ development experience
- Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and systems design
- Experience building distributed, real-time, or performance-sensitive systems
- Strong Linux and networking fundamentals
- Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization
- Background in trading technology is beneficial but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
