We are currently partnering with a leading asset management firm in Singapore seeking to hire a Senior Associate - Presentation & Publishing Specialist to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the firm's distribution efforts by producing high-quality, customized materials that enhance client engagement and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include managing the creation of materials, new business presentations, monthly reports, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update customized client-facing materials using data from internal systems and industry platforms
- Transform raw Excel data into polished, multilingual-ready charts and presentations
- Lead cross-functional projects and serve as a subject matter expert on publishing workflows
- Ensure compliance and brand consistency through meticulous proofreading and collaboration with stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and output quality
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in presentation creation, publishing, or related fields within financial services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
- Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or automation tools is an advantage
