Title: Loss Control Manager
Location: Remote, East Region
Position Overview:
Our client, one of the top tier insurance insurance carriers is looking to bring on an experienced Loss Control Manager to the team. You will have the opportunity to manage key accounts for their growing construction book in the east region. The role requires minimal travel, and is a unique opportunity to jump start quick career growth. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of risk control expertise with OCIP and wrap up experience as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee risk management initiatives for complex construction clients, ensuring a high-quality advisory experience.
- Evaluate construction-related exposures through detailed reviews of operations, major builds, and consolidated insurance programs.
- Work closely with underwriting partners to analyze risk factors and influence strategic account decisions.
- Support client and broker relationships by developing and delivering clear, value-driven presentations and reports.
- Promote advanced construction risk solutions and contribute industry insights through expertise, engagement, and periodic site visits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Safety or related field.
- 5+ years experience of risk control.
- Expertise in OCIP/CCIP.
- Strong communication skills.
