Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: London (with coverage across either UK, Europe, MENA, APAC, and NRI markets)
Department: Wealth Management / Private Banking
Reports to: Head of Private Banking / Regional Market Lead


Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and client-centric Private Banker to manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients across either UK, Europe, Middle East & North Africa (MENA), Asia-Pacific (APAC), and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) markets. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of client acquisition, deep relationships, and the ability to deliver net new money with modest targets over a three-year period.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and deepen trusted relationships with existing HNW/UHNW clients.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, understanding clients' financial goals, family dynamics, and long-term aspirations.

Net New Money & Business Growth

  • Deliver consistent net new money growth aligned with modest annual targets over a three-year horizon.
  • Leverage personal networks and market knowledge to identify new client opportunities.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing HNW/UHNW relationships and delivering net new money.
  • Strong understanding of global financial products, tax regimes, and investment strategies.
  • Existing book of clients or strong referral network across one or more target regions.

  • High emotional intelligence and cultural fluency.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-first approach.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across geographies.
