Operational Risk Senior
An elite hedge fund managing over $60 billion assets is expanding its Enterprise Risk team with a Senior to assist
in their systematic, intra-alpha, and traditional trading.
The ideal candidate will have a background in investment management and be seasoned in Operational Risk frameworks. Additionally, strong knowledge of financial product, stress testing, and scenario analyses is desired.
Responsibilities:
- Execute risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate and remediate risks.
- Oversee the Operational Risk Framework within the Investment Management group.
- Create and develop the enterprise risk framework and best practices across the company.
- Maintain remediation strategies and implement future controls.
- Create reporting and metrics in collaboration with senior management.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience working in the risk management function of a financial services institution.
- Up-to-date knowledge of regulations in the financial services industry.
- Proficient in analyzing complex data and making data-based decisions.
- Experienced in creating and executing stress tests.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
