KYC/CDD Control and Optimization Officer
Are you passionate about financial crime prevention and process optimization? A card service provider in Amsterdam is seeking a KYC/CDD Control and Optimization Officer to play a pivotal role in in their client integrity team by ensuring robust Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) practices. In this role, you'll be responsible for enhancing our compliance framework, streamlining operational workflows, and driving continuous improvement across our customer onboarding and monitoring processes.
Key Responsiblities:
- Design and implement scalable, forward-looking DFC processes to enhance KYC/CDD effectiveness.
- Shape and enforce KYC/CDD and sanctions compliance policies in line with current regulatory requirements.
- Manage the Client Monitoring Framework, integrating ongoing due diligence and automated risk assessments.
- Continuously optimize the Client Monitoring Framework based on risk insights and operational priorities.
- Demonstrate the effectiveness of ongoing client monitoring through alignment with SIRA Client Integrity assessments and RBA principles.
- Collaborate closely with different sub-teams within the compliance departments to effectively improve the client integrity framework and processes.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience and predominantly in FEC policy and regulations, AML, CFT, and sanctions.
- Experience in control and monitoring KYC processes to effectively optimizing and develop processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholder on the 1. and 2. line of defence.
- Advantageous with experience risk and internal audit related activities.
