Japanese Speaking- Executive Secretary, Admin (City)
Position: Executive Assistant (Japanese / Japanese Speaking)
Location: Singapore (Central Business District)
We are seeking a bilingual Executive Assistant to support senior management at our Singapore office. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to senior leadership, including schedule management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Handle phone calls and visitor reception professionally
- Liaise with the Tokyo office to support cross-border communication and coordination
- Assist with internal communications and support company events and project teams
- Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks
- Maintain and update the company website when needed
- Prepare expense reports and assist with internal reporting
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- JLPT N2 or above (High level Japanese proficiency)
- Business-level English proficiency
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role
Employment Details
- Salary: Up to S$4,500/month (negotiable based on experience)
- Bonus: Performance-based bonus available
- Annual Leave: 14 days in the first year, increasing annually up to 21 days
- Sick Leave: 14 days per year
- Work From Home: Once per week
- Medical Benefits: Yes
