日本を牽引するWeb3・ブロックチェーン企業にて、現在グローバル体制への再編を進めております。
経理部門の責任者として、月次・四半期・年次決算を含む会計業務全般をリードし、財務諸表の作成や連結決算を担っていただきます。
主な業務内容
連結決算業務
- US-GAAPに基づく連結決算（国内外子会社の取りまとめ、連結財務諸表の作成）
- 連結パッケージの整備および子会社への指導
経理・会計業務
- 予算と実績の管理・分析（予実管理）
- 経営判断に資する数値の整理・可視化（管理会計）
- 税務申告業務の確認（法人税・消費税・地方税・税効果会計）※申告書作成は外部委託
- 経理部門の統括、日次業務の承認
- 業務プロセスの改善・効率化
その他
- SOX法対応、内部統制の構築・運用
- 将来的にはIPO準備や上場後の開示業務
- 将来的には監査法人対応
【応募要件】
必須条件
- US GAAPまたはIFRSに関する知識
- 上場企業またはIPO準備企業での経理実務経験（3年以上）
- 月次・四半期・年次決算および財務諸表作成の経験
- 連結決算業務の経験（または同等の経験）
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（財務・監査関連の対応が可能）

- US CPAまたは公認会計士資格
- ベンチャー企業での幅広い経理業務経験
- SOX法対応の経験
- 開示書類作成経験（SEC filing経験尚可）
- 監査法人での監査・支援経験（US監査法人との連携経験尚可）
- グローバル企業での経理経験
