Our clients range from mature middle market Investment Banks to entrepreneurial boutiques with emphasis on Tech/Software M&A.

Ideal candidates are current Investment Bankers with Tech M&A experience looking for high-growth platforms with active deal flow, and interested in exploring the next stage of their careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal Execution

    • Build and maintain detailed financial models for valuation and transaction analysis.
    • Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials.
    • Coordinate due diligence processes and manage data rooms.
    • Assist in drafting transaction documents and regulatory filings.
  • Client Interaction

    • Participate in client meetings and calls, providing analytical insights.
    • Support relationship management efforts with technology clients, including software, SaaS, semiconductors, and emerging tech sectors.
  • Market & Industry Analysis

    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential acquisition targets.
    • Monitor technology sector developments and provide strategic insights to senior bankers.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of investment banking experience (or equivalent in corporate finance, private equity, or consulting).
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
