Infrastructure Specialist
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage Bank IT Infrastructure projects and operations for Server and storage
- Perform system operations, maintenance, support and troubleshooting
- Conduct system monitoring, performance tuning and capacity planning
- Perform installation, configuration and maintenance on VMware vSphere and Microsoft servers
- Liaise with other IT teams and manage vendors for project, maintenance and support
- Support change management, release coordination, ensuring compliance with control processes
- Develop and maintain IT policy and standard
- Evaluate new products and technology, plan and implement business solutions
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in IT or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years' IT working experience in sizeable firm or banking industry
- Proficient in administrating Microsoft products, including Windows 2019/2022, Active Directory, SCOM 2025 and VMware/Nutanix virtualization platform
- Hands-on experience in administrating Nutanix HCI and VMware VDI is an advantage
- Microsoft MCSA is required, Microsoft MCSE / VMware VCP/ ITIL is an advantage
- Able to pick up new skills through self-learning and on-the-job training
- Responsible, self-driven, goal achieving, a good team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Cantonese
