A leading global investment bank is seeking an experienced Macro Institutional Sales professional to join its Frankfurt office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, engaging with top-tier institutional clients across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, and pension funds.
- Drive sales of macro products, including fixed income, FX, and rates solutions.
- Collaborate closely with trading and research teams to deliver tailored market insights and trade ideas.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base within the region.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in macro institutional sales within an investment banking environment.
- Strong understanding of fixed income, FX, and rates markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Dutch or a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) is essential, alongside proficiency in English.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, client-focused environment.
