Financieel Manager
Als Financieel Manager bij een financiële dienstverlener in Amsterdam ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op alle kernactiviteiten binnen de financiële functie, waaronder planning, rapportage, compliance en risicobeheer. Je werkt nauw samen met het senior management en externe stakeholders om financiële integriteit, naleving van regelgeving en strategische uitvoering te waarborgen.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Leiden van het begrotingsproces, forecasting en ontwikkeling van meerjarige financiële beleidslijnen
- Beheer van liquiditeit, vermogenspositie en kapitaalplanning
- Toezicht houden op kostenbeheersing en financiële prestatieanalyse
- Verantwoordelijk voor jaarrekeningen, regelgevende rapportages en auditprocessen
- Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor externe accountants, toezichthouders en clearinginstellingen
- Opstellen van managementrapportages en adviseren van aandeelhouders
- Beheer van de fiscale positie van het bedrijf en afstemming met belastingadviseurs
- Toezicht houden op interne controles, risicobeheer en compliance monitoring
- Stimuleren van innovatie en continue verbetering binnen financiële processen
- Hands-on aanpak bij probleemoplossing en strategische planning
Profiel van de kandidaat
- 5 + jaar ervaring in financiële functies binnen de financiële dienstverlening
- Sterke kennis van Nederlandse financiële regelgeving en rapportagestandaarden
- Ervaring met toezichthoudende instanties zoals DNB en AFM
- Vloeiend in Nederlands, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
