On behalf of a rapidly expanding international services organization, we are seeking a detail‑driven and accountable Financial Controller to take ownership of financial governance, statutory compliance, and monthly reporting across a cluster of multi‑entity, multi‑country service operations.

This role is ideal for a technically strong finance professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys being the central point of financial integrity for multiple entities.

Role Overview

As Financial Controller, you will lead end‑to‑end financial reporting for a group of service‑oriented entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear financial insight. You will serve as the primary finance partner to operational leadership teams and the key contact for auditors and statutory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate month‑end P&L, balance sheet, and cash‑flow reporting for multiple international entities.
• Provide clear variance analyses and explain unusual trends, incomplete postings, and inconsistencies.
• Ensure strong governance across all entities, maintaining audit‑ready documentation.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliation, resolving mismatches before group-level confirmation.
• Validate transfer‑pricing mechanics in collaboration with Tax, including management fees, recharges, staff‑sharing, and cost‑pool allocations.
• Act as the financial point of contact for key internal stakeholders such as HR, IT, Facilities, Legal, and Finance Operations.
• Ensure internal control frameworks operate effectively.
• Support statutory audits and ensure timely, accurate local filings across multiple jurisdictions.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in financial control, accounting, or audit within multi‑entity, multi‑country environments.
• Strong technical understanding of accruals, payroll accounting, intercompany flows, reconciliations, and provisions.
• Proven experience managing statutory audits and working with local GAAP requirements.
• Comfortable operating in shared‑service centre or outsourced accounting environments.
• Ability to interpret accounting policies and ensure compliance across entities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to challenge, explain, and improve financial processes.
