Equity Finance Trader | International Bank
Trading & Execution
- Execute and support transactions across equity financing and structured products (swaps), ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Support trading activities across APAC - Ex JP. maintaining awareness of market structure and liquidity conditions
- Monitor market developments and identify opportunities across SBL, equity financing, and structured products
- Manage the full trade life cycle including booking, confirmation, and coordination with internal teams
Securities Financing & Inventory Management
- Manage SBL, equity financing flows, and related activities to support trading and client requirements
- Source, allocate, and optimise inventory across regional markets
- Support financing transactions by leveraging stock borrow and lending capabilities
- Work with internal desks and counter-parties across APAC - EX JP
Risk Management
- Monitor equity, financing, and FX risk exposures, ensuring accurate tracking of positions and P&L
- Maintain awareness of risks across SBL, equity financing, and structured products
- Ensure adherence to internal frameworks and regional regulatory requirements
Client & Business Development
- Support client engagement across SBL, equity financing, and structured products (swaps) by providing market colour and execution support
- Collaborate with sales and structuring teams to deliver integrated product solutions
- Contribute to expanding client activity and strengthening relationships across APAC
Regional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with regional teams to support cross-product business
- Collaborate with stakeholders across trading, sales, risk, legal, and operations
- Contribute to ongoing improvements across product and platform capabilities
Compliance & Controls
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations across APAC markets
- Maintain accurate records across SBL, equity financing, and structured products transactions
- Uphold a strong control and governance framework
