Capital Raising Director - Nordics
A leading European private markets investment platform is looking to appoint an experienced fundraising professional to support capital raising efforts across the Nordic region.
Based in Luxembourg, this individual will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with institutional investors across the Nordics, supporting fundraising initiatives for an established infrastructure investment strategy focused on essential assets and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising and investor coverage efforts across the Nordic region.
- Build and manage relationships with pension funds, insurance companies, asset managers, consultants and other institutional investors.
- Drive new business development and capital raising activities throughout the fundraising cycle.
- Partner closely with investment and senior leadership teams on investor meetings, due diligence and fundraising materials.
- Represent the firm at conferences, industry events and investor meetings across the region.
- Provide market intelligence and help shape the firm's fundraising strategy within the Nordic market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in private markets fundraising, investor relations, institutional sales or business development.
- Strong infrastructure fundraising experience is essential.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure as an asset class, including the key drivers and investor landscape.
- Established network of Nordic institutional investors is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English required; a Nordic language would be advantageous.
