VP/SVP, Structured Trade Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Originate, structure and execute structured trade finance and working capital solutions for corporate clients across Asia Pacific.
- Lead transactions through the full deal lifecycle, including analysis, structuring, credit approval and execution.
- Develop tailored financing solutions across receivables finance, inventory finance, borrowing base facilities and other asset-backed structures.
- Prepare client presentations, transaction proposals and credit submissions.
- Partner closely with Coverage, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Operations teams to deliver successful transactions.
- Build and manage client relationships, identify new opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Negotiate transaction terms and documentation with clients and external counterparties.
- Maintain an active pipeline and monitor market developments impacting trade finance and working capital solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Law or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in structured trade finance, corporate banking, transaction banking, structured commodity finance, private credit or a related field.
- Proven track record of structuring and executing complex financing transactions.
- Strong understanding of structured trade finance, working capital solutions, credit analysis and risk management.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Commercially minded with strong client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English required; Mandarin would be advantageous.
