VP/D RSG
Responsibilities
- Originate and develop business with corporate, sponsor and financial institution clients.
- Advise clients on interest rate exposure arising from financing, acquisitions, capital structure optimisation and balance sheet management.
- Structure and execute interest rate hedging transactions across a range of derivative products.
- Work closely with relationship managers, investment bankers and product partners to identify client opportunities.
- Collaborate with Trading and Structuring teams to deliver tailored rates and FX solutions.
- Lead client discussions around market developments, central bank policy and the interest rate environment.
- Drive revenue generation and deepen existing client relationships across the franchise.
- Manage transactions from origination through execution.
Requirements
- Experience within Risk Solutions Group, Corporate Derivatives Sales, Rates Solutions, Corporate Rates Sales or Structuring.
- Strong understanding of interest rate derivatives and treasury risk management.
- Knowledge of financing markets and corporate balance sheet dynamics.
- Proven ability to originate and execute client transactions.
- Strong commercial and relationship management skills.
- Experience engaging with senior corporate and financial institution stakeholders.
