Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the go-to-market strategy for the firm's investment products, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials and training programs to support internal teams and external distribution partners.
- Lead cross-functional product launches in collaboration with marketing, sales, product, and compliance teams.
- Translate market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable marketing strategies and content.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, and events to drive product awareness and asset growth.
- Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of product marketing initiatives.
- Act as a strategic liaison between product and distribution teams to ensure alignment across messaging, roadmap, and execution.
Qualifications
- 8-15 years of experience in product marketing or product management within financial services, fintech, crypto, or other high-growth sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of investment products, market dynamics, and distribution channels.
- Proven track record of launching products and driving adoption through strategic marketing and enablement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and apply them to marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills across various formats, including presentations and training materials.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Familiarity with modern marketing technology platforms (CRM, analytics, automation tools).
- Demonstrated interest in digital assets, emerging technologies, or disruptive industries.
