A leading private credit platform is looking to add a professional to its financing and structured solutions team.
This role sits firmly on the financing, structuring, and execution side, working on delivering complex fund‑level financing transactions across private assets.
Overview of the Role
The successful candidate will support the structuring and delivery of bespoke financing arrangements for private market funds. You'll be involved throughout the lifecycle of transactions, from early structuring conversations through to execution and closing.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Supporting the build‑out and execution of financing solutions for private funds across multiple asset classes
- Analysing and structuring leverage solutions at fund and portfolio level, with a particular focus on back‑leverage facilities
- Working closely with senior team members on pricing dynamics, credit terms, and documentation discussions
- Interfacing regularly across private credit, real estate, and asset backed strategies
- Partnering with internal credit, trading, legal, and operational teams to ensure transactions are delivered efficiently and within risk parameters
- Keeping close to market activity across fund finance, structured credit, and private markets to inform structuring and commercial discussions
Experience & Profile
- Around 3-10 years of experience within private assets fund financing, or related financing roles
- Practical exposure to asset‑level and/or fund‑level financing within private markets, including private equity, private debt, real assets, or structured products
- Direct experience working on financing solutions such as NAV facilities, ABL structures, hybrid facilities, or other bespoke private market leverage products
- Strong numerical and analytical capability, with experience supporting credit analysis, structuring, and pricing work
- Comfortable working in a client‑facing, execution‑oriented environment with multiple internal stakeholders
